General Mandarin
An introductory Mandarin program for young children, designed to spark interest in learning through stories, songs, videos, and interactive activities. Children are introduced to basic vocabulary, numbers, characters, and body parts through audio-visual activities, and begin forming simple sentences in a fun way. With a gradual approach that integrates values, early literacy, and creativity, this program provides an ideal first step in the journey of learning Mandarin.
Level HSK: 0A – 0C (equivalent to beginner / pre-HSK 1)
This program is designed to introduce Mandarin in a fun way through songs, videos, coloring, and project-based activities. Children will learn Chinese stroke basics, intonation & Bopomofo (Mandarin Phonetic Symbols), and basic vocabulary through stories and games. Matching activities and number exercises help strengthen memory both visually and logically.
The program consists of 6 levels (KG 1A – KG 3B), structured to gradually build foundational Mandarin skills according to children’s age and cognitive development. Proficiency levels refer to the HSK equivalence standard.
