Marketing Officer (Education)

Full-Time

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00

Main Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns and offline promotions.

Social Media & Branding:

  • Manage and create content for OAKLEARN social media channels.
  • Build brand awareness through various marketing channels.

Customer Engagement:

  • Analyze market needs and education industry trends.
  • Maintain good communication with prospective students and parents.

Collaboration & Event Marketing:

  • Establish partnerships with schools, communities, and related parties to increase OAKLEARN exposure.
  • Organize seminars, open houses, and other marketing events.

Reporting & Evaluation:

  • Analyze marketing strategy effectiveness and prepare regular reports.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) in Marketing, Management, Communication, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in marketing, especially in education or language course industry.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative in marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Able to manage social media and digital marketing.
  • Possess a wide network and ability to build relationships.
  • Result-oriented and target-driven.
  • Proactive, innovative, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented.
  • High work ethic and professional attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, etc.).
  • Understand offline and online marketing strategies.
  • Preferably experienced in event marketing and branding campaigns.
