Status: Full-Time

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
• Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and needs to support OAKLEARN’s marketing strategy.
• Develop marketing plans and activity calendars, both offline and online.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, students, and parents.
• Manage and create content for OAKLEARN’s social media platforms.
• Run effective marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Prepare periodic reports related to marketing strategies, budgets, and campaign results.
• Support the Admission team when necessary to guide prospective students to suitable programs and participate in promotional activities.
• Execute other initiatives aimed at generating leads to increase student conversion.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience; experience in the education sector preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and deliver effective marketing presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools: social media, email marketing, and online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook Ads).
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
• Flexible, adaptive, and able to adjust strategies according to market needs.
• Ability to lead small teams and collaborate across departments to achieve marketing targets.
