• Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans, including syllabus, RPP, annual and semester programs, academic calendar, face-to-face schedules, and daily agendas.
• Create teaching materials and implement creative and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning effectiveness.
• Facilitate regular teaching and learning processes with high standards.
• Review curriculum and assess learning quality periodically.
• Participate in training programs for self-development, knowledge improvement, and teaching techniques.
• Complete administrative tasks related to students and scheduled classes.
• Conduct demonstration classes and speaking tests for prospective students with the highest standards.
• Provide academic consultations and guidance to students as needed.
• Participate in company events and workshops as part of the academic team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficient in Mandarin (speaking and writing).
• Fluent and active in spoken Mandarin.
• Neat, attractive, and professional appearance.
• Experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Mandarin teaching experience.
• Good communication skills with the public, students, and parents.
• Enjoy working with children and teenagers, and care about their academic and non-academic development.
• Creative in designing lesson plans and interactive classroom activities.
• Polite, disciplined, and behave as a role model for students.
