Status: Full-Time

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 12:30 – 20:30
• Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans, including syllabus, lesson plans, annual programs, semester programs, academic calendars, face-to-face schedules, and daily agendas.
• Create teaching aids and apply creative and innovative teaching methods to improve student learning effectiveness.
• Facilitate regular high-standard teaching and learning processes.
• Review curriculum and assess the quality of teaching regularly.
• Attend institutional training for self-development, knowledge enhancement, and teaching techniques.
• Complete administration related to students and scheduled classes.
• Conduct demo classes and speaking tests for prospective students at the highest standards.
• Handle student academic consultations and provide guidance as needed.
• Participate in events and workshops organized by the company as part of the academic team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum English Level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Preferably experienced in teaching children and teenagers
• Experience teaching adults is an additional advantage
• Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience
• Experience teaching IELTS/TOEFL is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Creativity in designing lesson plans and diverse classroom activities
• Enjoy working with children & teenagers
• Care about students’ academic and non-academic development
