Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive academic strategies tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Develop and coordinate academic support programs, including tutoring, study skills training, and acceleration programs.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide personalized support to help them achieve learning targets.
• Provide training to teachers to enhance teaching quality and professional development.
• Teach classes when necessary to maintain academic quality and continuity.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with teachers, parents, and relevant stakeholders for student success.
• Analyze academic data and provide recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning programs.
• Serve as an inspiring role model for students by fostering lifelong learning and personal growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic coordination or academic support roles in educational institutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of effective, student-centered teaching strategies.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems to overcome student learning challenges.
• Creative and flexible in designing innovative learning solutions.
• Highly committed to student success and empowerment.
